Is it possible to change it from saying '2 hours ago' or '3 days ago' to just show the date the post was made like on the old BBS?

The skin seems to be have big margins, could these be reduced or the forums be set to a width of 90 or 95%? I've got about 1.5 inches on each side of my screen with nothing on it, previous versions of the BBS have filled the screen and it just seems a waste considering some threads get really long and go off the screen anyway.

Could the skin possibly be changed to a much cleaner style with more white instead of greys? It just makes it look a bit busy compared to the old BBS and I think that making it look as close as possible to the old one while maintaining the functionality of the new could be the best way to go.

And is there any kind of alternative to the threaded box when viewing a message? The forum view is much better now but the message view is still a bit off in my opinion.

Great work in getting the forum threaded by the way, a vast improvement.

    A couple more.

At the moment newer replies to threads appear above older replies, if that could be changed so newer ones go to the bottom of the thread that would be good.

Stickies could do with standing out a bit more so they dont just look like normal threads.

And if possible the bookmarks and tags section would (in my opinion) be better off under the quick reply box so that the quick reply stays on the same screen as the message you're replying to.

Sorry for all the suggestions but you know me

not 100% sure pal but i think you have big margins because your monitor is a wide screen one
and the forum won't be set up for a wide screen monitor

It probably will be that but if it was set to a higher % then it would fill it more. The old BBS for example fills about 90-95% of the screen

I'm not sure, but I think the skins are a set pixel lengths rather as percentages. maybe variable skins could work but that just complicates things more.

If you make your window smaller the forum shrinks as well so I would imagine its a %, if it was fixed it would stay the same size and just go off the side of the screen.

Not such a huge problem if it can't be made bigger it would just be nice if it could

Right you are. Probably should be just an adjustment in the coding to make it 90%ish.

I quite like the "1 hour ago" thing

Being in a different time zone. It makes it less complicated.
