I've calmed down a bit from earlier but a few things puzzle me and have been doing for a while now, Hill is stubborn to the point of being ridiculous at 4-0 down today as he did with Reading we are trying to play a passing game in our own half and particularly actoss the back 4, this just invites trouble as per 3rd goal today, i lost count number of times this season and today this has almost cost us it's just inviting errors surely?

Another thing is pretty passing football all well and good but this has to be coupled with workrate and effort something which we clearly don't have so why bother playing it then ?
Finally (and this is the short version of a long list) Hill seems uninterested during a game he doesn't from what I see direct any play or try to have any influence on his players during a game, maybe if he showed a hint of passion at any point his players would follow suit, it does make you wonder if he actually has any input at half time

our movement up front is a big problem. were quite ok at keeping the ball, but it will always eventually break down or go back to the keeper if theres no outlet.

Gray is crap, I cant believe he still gets a game.

Our midfield is packed with defensive midfielders with no one prepared to make a run into the box or take anyone on.

Hill could have saved himself a lot of aggro this side of xmas by using the cash to loan Howard instead of Both Tonge and Smith. I know people say never go back, but we needed to replace butts. Howard would have been the perfect short term replacement.
