Regarding the chelsea tickets, How many on estimate will go on general sale? And How many would I be allowed to buy? Regarding the Wednesday tickets, Whats the possiblility I can get one on friday aft? Thanks in advance.
RE: Please Help! nt You can buy piggy tickets tomorrow through the turnstiles. They are also on sale on Thursday and Friday now. Chelsea? Id say a worse case scenario would be around 1500 going on general sale. That would be if every season ticket holder used their extra one up.
So would you suggest.... Getting one from a season ticket holder or Risk it so i can get my mates one too?
RE: So would you suggest.... Its hard to say. There could be a scrum when they go on general sale but they might also not sell out. If theres a rush for tickets you may not end up sat with your mate anyway. Id get someone to get you one just to be on the safe side mate.
Worst case scenario will be 5,000ish tickets on sale (around 6,000 season ticket holder and 17,000 available for Barnsley fans) - not 1,500
This game will not be a sell out for home or away fans Live TV has seen to that. Not a gambling man, but would bet that there are empty seats in home and away sections.
RE: Your wrong mate nt 7000 ST holders can get 2 each that 14000 plus 1500 centenary members is 15500 plus 6000 Chelsea fans = 215000 That leaves around 1500 tickets for general sale
There were over 9000 tickets left at close of play yesterday and demand seems to have dwindled a bit today. 4 or 5K for general sale?
I think it's closer to 6,000 season tickets That's what Alan Bloore said on Radio Sheffield. And there's no way way that every single season ticket holder will buy their ticket plus another. I would imagine there will be about 5,000 go on general sale come next Monday.
I understood there were 6,100 season ticket holders but may be wrong. I had forgot about Centenary Memebers but of that 1,500 a high proportion will be season ticket holders. There are 17,009 tickets availble to Barnsley fans.
I took 4 books and only bought 6 tickets today He could have had the spares off me then he wouldnt have been so worried!
Alan Bloore said 6,800 ST Holders There are also 1250 Centenary Members. So that is a maximum of 13,600 that can be sold to ST Holders and 1250 to Centenary Members, making a grand total of 14,850.
Add the 6,000 North Stand seats that are unavailable to us and that would leave a minimum of 2,159 available for general sale.
Capacity is 23,009
