    It's a conspiracy...

    ... all the Home Nations have bottled qualification on the grounds that they wouldn't have got further than the first round matches.
    By resurrecting the Home Nations Championship, they still get three games and don't have the expense of staying away for two weeks.
    And...at least one of them will win something :D
