A lovely touch from the hotel i'm staying in

    All the staff have just done a Santa hunt for the kids, the look on the little uns faces when they found Father Christmas was priceless plus every kid got a little present which all the staff had chipped in themselves to buy, brilliant gesture and goodwill is alive and well at the Gloria Izaro Club,
    Apparently all the staff from the pool chap to waiters and waitress's have arranged all this themselves, fantastic stuff

    I'm ha know but the place I stayed in changed hands on 23rd, so some of the staff lost their jobs. The pool guy who called me Mr Perry because of the sponsor on back of my reds shirt was one of them. Gave him some money but it's no consolation.
