Why do you expect more people to come and watch that *****?

If you were a shop that sold absolute rubbish, would you expect people to pay top wack for it?..... Answer is no.

If you buy cheap stock, people expect cheap prices.... Ure team is wa.nk, ure tactics are wa.nk too. You wonder why people boo..... Cos its cr@p !

If you don't like it here..... Fook off...... U knew the situ when u joined. Contrary to ure few worshippers on here, u arn't doing very well here are you?

Although the forumites on here disagree on here about you all the time, we will all be following the reds long after you have gone to manage Barcelona..... Or Boston maybe.

Hope this helps keefy make his mind up what the **** he wants.

not the reply I was expecting but I don't see (looking at his record) that he has anything to recommend him.

    I agree with that.

Just can't see anyone who would do a better job under the restraints we have.

Seriously , if you want Hill out, who would you replace him with?

Re: And therein lies the rub..

I do like him so wouldnt want him sacked, my biggest upset is at the board. Were on a league one budget, a bottom half league 1 at that, so who would want the job. certainly no-one who could change things so radically. we need investement from above to get the buzz back at oakwell before its too late. its easier to get people back on board while were a championship club than if we go down. the time to act is now.

I agree with what you say about investment. But it doesn't look likely at the moment.

    Hopefully we will stay up.

    Then let's see what comes.

we should stay up, it would take something out of the ordinary to send us down but the way were finishing the season doesnt bode well for the next one.

Like as been pointed out, Hill created a decent side in the summer from cast-offs, and lower league players.

I believe he can do the same again.

until he gets a few players playing well and they move on in january. we ought to have kept vaz te and tried to finish higher up the table, least it makes it look better to the outside if we finish comfortably in 12th place than dropping like a lead balloon

Of course it does. But if Vaz Te had walked in the summer we would have got nothing. Our club will always have that dilemma.

Re: And therein lies the rub..

we didnt pay owt for him though, id have understood if we were trying to recoup some money but we got him for nowt and with a player of his quality scoring goals it could have attracted more quality to the club. what players see now is a team on the decline

    Good point.

But we did get money for him, so made a profit. And we will always have to make the hard decision.

guess we just have to keep the faith.

Everyone loves a good moan about ticket prices, maybe Vaz Te is the reason our season tickets are one of the cheapest in the league again. you can't have it all ways,

The reason he is buying lower league '*****' as you call them is because we have a Chinese army of stay away fans who can only be arsed to turn up when we're playing a big club. He's trying to do a job with both his hands tied behind his back.
