A problem Hillcroft really need to address

    We have only picked up one point this season from games where we have been behind

    As soon as Millwall scored it was game over - we just dont seem to be able to recover and break down sides that dont have to commit men forwards - and that was when we had Butterfield and Drinkwater

    Its even worse now - dont know what the answer is but it needs fixing - or we need to b be sure we are going to score first every game
