A problem with my mp3 player.... can anyone help?

    I have a 16gb Sansa Fuze+ (SanDisk) mp3 player, no warranty so I'm stuck with it, and on it I have laboriously recorded over 2500 jazz tracks.
    Enough to last forever.... and I keep adding to it !

    However, it has suddenly stopped working. It will not switch on, it will not charge up, either by usb, car or wall charger.

    The computer does not react when I plug it in via the usb lead.

    I have a feeling that it is f..ked but if anyone can suggest a sensible way out then please do so.

    Fortunately I have all the music on my pc so I can record them again if need be, but what an arse !
