If wearing colours & in a car Town Centre not a good idea...Tom Treddlehoyle, Pogmoor is usually ok. M1 J37, take sign into Barnsley, left at 1st lights, follow Rd round to right, pub on lhs just before Jet Garage. About a 10 mins drive to ground (2miles) from there following signs.... means you might miss tail end of game though to get to Oakwell in time. If you're not wearing colours, best bet is Walkabout in town centre opposite Town Hall... but usually hefty Bouncer/ Police presence - they don't like riff raff!!

try the outpost. M1 junc 37, up slip road, turn right, keep in right hand lane to lights and turn right, follow these to third set of TRAFFIC LIGHTS, passing through 2 sets of PELICAN CROSSING. Turn left at the third set of lights and outpost on left at 1st set of lights.
Its about a 10 minute walk from ground <pre>and opposite(ish) and slightly down hill from the town hall (big white portland stone tower)</pre>
i rang the outpost earlier and they havent got Prem+ anymore they said its too expensive (£1600 +VAT)
Town centre car parks Head straight on signs for town centre from J37. (avoid Football ground signs) Head for Town Hall (Straight on / 2nd exit at Town End roundabout). Use Churchfields or Courthouse Car Parks. - 2 mins from Courthouse ... 10 -15 mins walk from ground, but easier to get away than parking next to the ground. If any pub has Sky Pem / Plus it's Walksbout
