    im going away to Crete on sunday I am just wondering what the legal limit is for cigs, bacca n alcohol is per person can anyone help me TIA

    200 cigs is the limit but if ya slip customs a tenner theyl let ya through without a cavity search

    there is no limit within the eu unless u go to 1 of the following countries,
    From ESTONIA - 200 cigarettes or 250g of smoking tobacco*

    From BULGARIA, CZECH REPUBLIC, HUNGARY, LATVIA, LITHUANIA, POLAND, ROMANIA, SLOVAKIA OR SLOVENIA - 200 cigarettes*


    but it does say they wil question you if you have more than the folowing amount
    3200 cigarettes, 200 cigars, 400 cigarillos, 3kg tobacco, 110 litres of beer, 90 litres of wine, 10 litres of spirits, 20 litres of fortified wine (such as port or sherry).
