a Scam e-mail?

    from Revenue + Custom (HMRC) saying that I am due a refund of £238.60

    and I should set up an account with Government Gateway Account.

    (far as I know I'm not due a refund at all..................if anything I may be owing them!)

    Scam, ignore it. They would send a cheque if you were due a refund.

    I've had 2 or 3 of these. The first time I rang HMRC and they said ignore it they do not send e-mails they always write first.

    My dad had an email from "HM Revenue and Custom" saying that a package of his had been seized last week. He'd not ordered anything. Scam.
