best place to buy em and /or have em checked out for safety. I cannot be arsed anymore to build em misen due to total lack of competency. Got the last one flatpack and never again. P.S. Totally understand if any of you tell me to pour coca cola down the old one and claim on the house insurance. hope someone helps
Geared up at Wombwell are really helpful. I've had mixed experiences with kids bikes bought at Halfords when they've assembled them for me. Langsett Cycles in Sheffield good too.
I got mine from halfords then set off home on it and the bloody thing could barely steer. The handle bars and the front wheel were not working together.....I'd of took it back but I couldn't turn round! Got nicked two days later from outside the house so I got some decent trainers for walking instead.
Isla bikes are rated as one of the best kids bikes out there , pricey but you get 60-70% of your cash back when selling them secondhand , I've had 2 and they are superb Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
You forgot about the Strika. Came in green or silver, had fake suspension at the front and you peddled backwards for the back brake. Never had one like, I had a boxer, but my mate had the Strika. I then progressed to riding my sister's grifter and my brother's burner (blue with yellow hand grips and mag wheels). Biggest regret of my childhood is I never had a Chopper. I think my wife's biggest regret of her adulthood is that I haven't got a decent one now. Proper bike <img src="http://i1100.photobucket.com/albums/g408/raleighman/IMG_0053.jpg"> Took the mudguards and chain cover off so it would look cool. It didn't look any cooler it just meant I got blathered in muck and oil, but I found getting blathered in muck and oil was the whole point of being a kid. Wish I'd still got it.
mi ma and pa wouldn't let me have a chopper.....ended up wi a Raleigh summat or other...scarred me for life thanks folks....glad you could help
