    Attacking, passing, high tempo, energetic, defensively organised, entertaining football, played by a mixture of young & experienced hungry players, who wear the council badge with pride, and show it with hard work, passion, and commitment on the field every match day.

    I don't think anyone would care who the new manager is as long as he try's his hardest to implement the above.

    Why do so many mangers set up for a point and try to sneak a win, that's the way they train it's the way they play, it's evident every week.
