    Wednesday marks the 40 year anniversary of rhe miners strike.

    The stalwart support of miners wives is commemorated by this song beatifully sung by Gorgey Bennet, a principal singer with the world famous Barnsley Youth Choir.

    A sad time that that had an immense impact locally and nationally
