A last minute goal by Brown gives the under 23"s a 1 v 0 win away at Portsmouth tonight

I went to the game. It was a header from a corner in the 89th minute! Good game fairly even. Nice to keep a clean sheet. Brown and Adeybayo played well as did Bird no one had a bad game. Walton made one great dash off his line and was well placed when they got chances. I enjoyed it a lot more than last night.

I wish we would give Jacob a go at least on the bench

Mallan wasn't included in the squad !!!!! Is that an indication that he may be included in the first team squad this weekend?

Enjoyed the game, without really threatening too often we looked the better team, thought Adeboyejo was the better of the 2 striking options and Walton played well in goal when Pompey had chances.

Bird for me trotted around looking pretty without getting hold of the game, drew talbot played for Pompey, was MOTM by a country mile as befits someone with 300 odd league appearances more than the other 21 players combined :)

£5 to get in, stood on the terrace, couple of pints in the on site social club before.... takes me back to the Oakwell of old!

Freshly cooked cheesey chips and a Bovril for only £3 as well - its how football should be

Agree about Talbot. He stood out as he should given he was a man playing with boys ( that sounds wrong doesnt it)
