A work in progress, A total rebuild.

I understand this, and can see it's what's needed, but we're entrusting the wrong man to over see it, what exactly are we working towards ? Being able to go away soak up pressure and get a draw, do the same at home and sneak a win by the odd goal ? It's not what I want from barnsley fc, and it's definitely not what I'm wanting to watch when I plough my brass into the club at the start of every season. He's brought in half a dozen good players that are amongst the best this league as to offer, but his approach to games and his evident negativeness is just counter productive and never going to get the best out of the players we have, and even if he gets what he's aiming towards and we start getting the right results and points return, so what it's not going to be entertaining it's not going to be enjoyable viewing so what's the point in rebuilding we'd have been as well just carrying on as we where.

I'm all for a rebuild, and giving the management at the club the time to do it, but we need a philosophy, a game plan, and everyone connected to the club to buy into and help push the club forward, but I'm just not having this it's not progress even if it start to get the right results, It's just all wrong . Something needs to change and sharpish not results wise but in the direction the club is going, and the way we want to be playing the game,
