    Last week in Crete, they were playing around us whilst we were sitting out having our last drink of the night, and we saw a huge Owl swoop past too.</p>

    I wish I was there now in beautiful Crete , but back in time for Saturday K.O.</p>

    been to Agios Nikolaoslovely island but like you say Tina only one place to be @ 3pm saturday and it is'nt looking at an ancient ruin:)

    not sure if they are adults with youngens or different types of bat they move that bloody quick.

    Spent a day there last week when we were driving around on our usual trips.</p>

    Have you ben to Elounda?</p>

    Gorgeous, but this year at least I'm back for the K.O.</p>

    Crete is our favourite island (apart from Malia!)</p>

    They will be Vampire Bats without doubt

    big horrible fangs, bloodsucking at your neck when you're asleep, turning you into a vampire yourself, they might already have got you last night, or will definitely tonight.

    Sleep Well, but don't leave the window open, even if it is too hot.......
