Absolute dog s***e yesterday but.....

We are obviously in transition. This season was always gonna be full of ups and downs. I don't know a side in the last 29 years that has made so many wholesale changes and gone on to have a successful first season. I have to admit that I thought that we would be higher up the table (although not much higher) but this year is all about adding the right personnel and finding the right formation and tactics. For those who haven't played football at any level, this takes a bit of time to fruitition. None of these players have ever played together and the difference you will see next season will be a lot lot different. A full pre season with only 3 or 4 additions in the summer is what is needed. Pre season is the most important part of any football teams training regime. I'm not sticking up for Wilson here by any means but I can honestly see what's happening and we do need to be patient as the players are the right blend. A pre season with them all together for a month and the right formation and we will have a good team. Sacking him now is the worst possible decision as it is a slow building process and to just throw it all out of the window and start again is just the wrong thing to do by a country mile. The only way he should be sacked is if it becomes a severe relegation fight but I know that there are teams worse than us this season and in about a months time after the window, we will come good.

Not a happy clapper by any means, just a fan like everyone else that can see clearly what is happening. Be prepared for a couple more performances like yesterday aswell as some good ones where it all comes together and clicks.

I can see we are trying to build a team and bring our young ones through, but it would help if they could pass better than yesterday and show a bit more than yesterday's game . Hope we give Danny time to finish rebuilding team though

 

Transition effing hell!! He has got you lot believing this **** now! Its just a cop out from a manager because he knows he is failing! Also ben and co use it because they know they have dropped a massive bollock by appointing him!

we always seem to constantly be in a transition period, so at the end of the season when all the loanees go back to their parent clubs the transition period will start all over again with more loanees and on it goes..

 

wilsons first time round was terrible after viv left for boro for the first season and half we were in a transition period and look where it took us

 

No it wasn't. We were just outside the play offs in his first season.
