Absolute Nightmare

    Watching Poland v Germany here in Hamburg.

    The neigbours on the left are watching it outside having a barbecue with assorted screams and shouts and TV volume turned full up.

    Neighbours on the right have decorated their house and cars with German flags, and I can hear them screaming at the TV too.

    Cars are driving around with flags and horns sounding. If Germany win, after the game will be horrible.

    The missus is watching a black and white film.

    Germany missed an Odejayi-esque sitter just now and I laughed my head off. One set of neighbours heard me. Excellent!

    Yep, and at times like this she does my head in

    She hates football, but she still has a silly flag on her car and she keeps reminding me that England are not there. She delights in asking me the score when she knows full well that the Germans are winning.
