Not the Reds' performance, after Saturday's debarcle and a shambolic first 20 minutes we actually played some great stuff and showed passion and a spine for once but.......the officials. They were awful. absolutely awful. I think that numpty of a ref got one decision in 10 correct. Macken rightfully gave him a gobful at halftime but to no avail. Absolutely shocking. And the lino running down the east stand side was 10 yards behind play everytime! other than that...... Anderson - god bless the lad. must have had a hard couple of weeks but top notch today. pure class Hamill - that kid is genius. could teach Jamal a thing or two Kozluk - has his knockers but was suberb today. It wa never a booking BTW and I was 10 yards away Calace - he and Da Silva compliment each other without a doubt Muller - 3 fine saves but I think his distribution and cimmunication is lacking Superb stuff today. But for once can we do it two games in a row, I doubt it. We are the epitomy of a 'Jekyl & Hyde' team so can't see us getting owt on Saturday. i hope I'm proved wrong!
Did any one see him clapping at the fans for having a go at him. They did around me and was not too pleased.
yeah mate, saw that. he was a disgrace! he might have well of worn a yellow shirt or at least taken Warnock's c0ck out of his arse before he came on the pitch!
RE: I saw that Kuqi for instance......not booked for kicking the ball away then booked for deliberate hanball. got nothing for berating the linesman for a god 3 or 4 minutes. should he not have been sent off? yet Kozluk got a yellow for a clean tackle?? Cant work it out mate?
Close season the championship clubs should group together and call upon the FA to act and improve it's officials otherwise they're withdrawing from the league. I'm sure a lot of league one and two clubs would agree. If enough clubs threatened to set up a rival league then the FA would surely have to act
Agreed Total incompetence. Kuqi should have been off as how he escaped a booking for booting the ball 50 yards miles after the whistle had gone I do not know.
I go to games expecting the officials to be complete dross and more often than not it turns out to be the case. To say we are palying at the second highest level of football it really is an unacceptable standard that we have to put up with.
I've lost count of the number of games this season where the referee must think we've all paid to watch him put on a show, rather than watch a game of footie. Some officials are now so consistently inaccurate, that you've got to question whether there's either some hidden agenda, or they have a financial interest in the outcome of the game.
