If we lose I think time is up for Keith. Personally I would give him the Christmas period but I can see the axe falling if we lose (especially if we play badly). I really wanted him to do well and think he still can. There are the makings of a good management team in him and Croft. However, today is a watershed. Its a results driven business and our results in the last calender month have not been good enough, nowhere near good enough. Despite him intimating otherwise, the patience shown towards Hill by the Board, the Club and the vast majority of fans has been incredible. I think most people believe in what he is trying to do. Lets hope we win today and it is a turning point in our season, we keep Davies, Steele and kick on. Come on you reds.
I agree of we lose and perform poorly here should go. Let's hope we get a win and play well though. Or just win.
the way he has been arrogantly spouting off the last couple of days it makes me wonder if has been told his job is safe regardless this season
I completely agree and it sounds like Hill is really feeling the pressure now. Hopefully pressure will introduce some clarity and common sense and he will pick his best team. Or maybe not.
A convincing win will do us all a lot of good especially Keith Hill. There has been suggestions that the form is returning, now we need wins to get the confidence back and try to climb the league.
still comes back to the old worry for me, he has assembled a side that every other manager knows if they hit enough high balls into the box there will be more than one or two free headers going for any opposing player half decent in the air
