That was utter ***** today. A draw is a disastrous result because it doesn't do that much for us and probably prevents the inevitable decision from being made this week. Why would you put the amount of money Mr Cryne has allegedly put into this club and then sit in the stand and watch that embarrassment? Sheffield could and should have been 4-0 up before Connor gets lucky. Defence is woeful, midfield is overrun and the strikeforce is inept. No leadership on or off the field ,and no urgency or ability to switch things around. I found myself wondering why I was sat in the cold watching this utter tripe. We are being served garbage. If the club persists with this approach it deserves to go to the wall. Count me out next year.
yep...... I get the feeling the only way Mr L Johnson goes is if everyone stops going or when the season ticket sales drop through the floor next year. At which point Mr B Mansford will go with his mate too. That will leave us in old fourth division well and truly fooked. I know I said my kidz would decide whether we get s/tickets again but I am sorry sons, but I am going to have to be cruel to be kind, cos we are not paying good money to watch that ****.....and then listen to him saying we are playing good stuff and are unlucky. You'll thank me when you grow up and I have since departed to the BBS in the sky....message to the custodians of the club...you are about to lose ANOTHER lifelong customer and possibly two more kids who will grow up watching premier league instead of their local club. Quiet frankly, it's a fooking disgrace at the moment....how the hell is he still in a job? hth
The thing that irked me most was (and I've said it already today) those stupid, stupid chipped balls forward that Basham and Collins lapped up. We've done it in previous home games where we've gone behind as well. Literally playing to the opposition's strengths in a local derby is unforgivable. Mind you, the players doing it usually don't have a choice as no-one ever comes short for the ball. How Johnson doesn't see this is baffling. And if he does, and is trying do do something about it, the players are ignoring him.
