Does'nt look like im going to anfield after just reading the official site. ***** how BFC have worked this one.
I haven't been to a game yet this season and won't be going to Anfield - working as usual - but I do sympathise. Quite what the club will say to any season-ticket holders that miss out because they've handed out two-a-piece to the early risers, I'm not sure. Bizarre plan, to say the least. But not surprising - it's Barnsley!
own goal by BFC 6000 tickets........approx 7000 ST holders can have 2 each....... can see this backfiring in a big way.... (dunno)
RE: own goal by BFC I can also state for an absolute fact that ST holders who do not wish to go will give Voucher E away to someone who hasnt been to a match all season
Once again we have to actually stump up at Oakwell with a voucher rather than using the phone. BFC have not got a clue. What about people who don't live near Barnsley?
If someone can get down on Monday... ...and prepared/able to queue for long enough they will get one (or two should I say!). If things go like they usually do, some ST Holders will be slow off the mark or not know the arrangements and others will not fancy the trip because of the trouble factor. Not everyone is as committed and 'genned up' as the folk on here.
Postal application Season ticket holders can, apply for tickets through the post by sending in a cheque or card details together with Special Match Voucher E from their season ticket book. Season ticket holders applying for tickets through the post must also enclose a self addressed and postage paid envelope which must be sent back by special delivery.
