Accidentally deleted photos from memory card

    Is there any free software to recover files from an SD memory card? Ta in advance

    Thanks Jay but whilst the download and detection/recovery is free, you have to pay to retrieve. Maybe I'm just being tight.

    Seems to be. The added twist is you have to download the software and then let it 'recover' the files which takes about 40 minutes as it is a 4Gb SD memory card, and only then does it say "insert your credit card to retrieve your files". I can't believe people expect paying for their software, what is the world coming to ...

    Well at least it shows you if they are there first, it's then up to you to decide if they are worth retrieving.

    Think I'll give it a go as I lost a load of pics last year from my PC hard drive, I think it was when I partitioned to set up another user....but at leats I can se if the pics are still on my memory card.
