some links http://www.dutchfootball.net/online/index_fullnews.php?id=1640&category=1 Friday 22nd December| Ipswich Town has handed a trial to Dutch defender Marciano Bruma. The 22 year old defender is no regular player at Sparta Rotterdam and therefore he was granted to move to England despite of some league games at Christmas and at the end of the year. Bruma made at his debut season 2004/2005 23 league appearances. In the summer of 2005 Wiljan Vloet arrived as coach and last year he just played five matches, this year he only came in once. Bruma now can prove himself at Ipswich. can't find much else in english - certainly not a regular
did we think dezuew was any good at the time of signing, lets hope hes a player of the same quality if its true !.
there's........... plenty more available if you just look-we could have a right squad next season !! </p> </p> </p> </p> </p>
but of them all I guarantee you'll like this best!! http://www.lorrainehansberrytheatre.com/boxoffice.htm
there were rumours about this after palace or leicster game, cant remember which, but people were saying 'defender from rotterdam'. i saw a well built black man who looked like a fotty player sat with hassell and coulson in corner stand, could be him
Here he is. Doesn't seem to have played this season and only a smattering of appearances since his debut season 2004/05 when he had 23 outings. Robbie Williams with clogs on. http://www.sparta-rotterdam.nl/content/voetbal/spelersinfo.asp?playerid=13 Gouden Gids Divisie is the Dutch Second Division which presumably Sparta Rotterdam were promoted from in 2004/05. This is where he played most of his games for the club. KNVB Beker is the Dutch Cup.
I'd have thought by now people wouldve realised that the local media are likely to be the last to find out who we are signing. "Dont believe a word".
RE: I'd have thought by now It does fit in with what was said a few weeks ago, about a solid looking Left Back from Sparta Rotterdam being a guest at a recent home game.
