We need to get a new CEO in soon as possible.
Cole, Kane, Jalo all need new contracts or we lose them for free.
Williams can go as his contract is up.
Roberts needs signing on a permanent.
Another striker is required as Watters, Mcatee aren't going to get the goals.
Should have kept Norwood and offered him 2 yrs.
A squad with striking options of Cole, Cosgrove and Norwood would have got us promoted

Jalo won’t go for free for a start, and hasn’t he signed a new contract? Norwood wanted to leave, he’s gone move on. It would be in Robert’s best interest both financially and career wise, to have a good season with us and then become a free agent. Who knows he may sign for us, but committing to us now doesn’t make sense

Agreed we need a new CEO and I am sure the club are working on it but its not as simple as going to the CEO shop and just picking one up it will take time
Agree we need to resolve the contract situation but I dont think Cole or Kane will sign a new one hope I am wrong though Jalo clearly we need to do something with if his contract expires this summer, I think we risk him going for free if he goes abroad, but if he moves in the UK we will get a fee
Need to try and keep Williams
if we can do a sensible deal for Roberts it would be great but not if his demands or Boro's are excessive
We wont sign another striker until we offload someone (probably cole)
how is should have kept Norwood an action ?
What has Cosgrove done so far to show he is better than Watters or McAtee?

Cole cosgrove and Norwood wouldn't have got us promoted, take Derby for example look at how deep the strikers had to drop to get involved in play Norwood isn't what we're missing.

What has Cosgrove don't to suggest he is better that watters? Not writing him off but he's done nothing so far.

Replace Cosgrove with the bargain 250k Alfie May and we would be in a better position now.

    Cosgrove will come good.
    I'm convinced.

I keep saying the same to mates that have written him off. That’s based on what he did At Aberdeen in the SPL and at Plymouth last year. He has looked really poor on the odd times he’s turned out for us but he needs a proper run in the team alongside Cole.

Cosgrove will come good. I do think Cole and Kane will leave unfortunately.

I wouldn't be too fussed if Kane left to be honest. I don't think Collins is totally to blame for our crab like performances. Kane hardly ever looks to pass forward. A lot of moves are slowed down needlessly by Kane. I'd play Russell instead of Kane when Connell is fit. Phillips looks brighter alongside Connell too.

Cosgrove will only come good if we play to his strengths. High crosses into the box. Watters will potential improve if we played balls in behind to utilise his speed. The slow, ponderous build up helps neither.

I don't think slow ponderous helps Phillips either. He likes a fast paced game where there are gaps to get off shots.

I think there were signs the other night. One lung-bursting run (looks rapid) and a couple of chances that I'm sure he will take with more game-time.

Reminds me of Chaplin this, he wasn’t rated by a few here but all along it was we didn’t play to his strengths.

I think the first one. He couldn't believe he was clean through. The second he bottled.

Just thinking the same, judging players coming off the bench for 20/30 mins. I'll judge them when they've had 5/6 games on the bounce.

Why are we still going on about Norwood? He wanted to leave.

Cosgrove's probably on half the money May is at Charlton.
