Adam Hammill loan - what I would offer

    I would speak to Wolves tomorrow night and ask to take him on loan and pay 4/5k of his 16k a week wages. We could take him until January and put him back in the shop window for Wolves who could try sell him for more cash in January!

    It will suit all parties, Hammill himself needs to start playing good football again on a regular basis. With O'Brien & Done out it would be a great loan signing for us!!

    I wouldn't pay him anywhere near £5k a week for a loan signing till January. In fact I wouldn't loan anyone on a short term deal till january because it comes back to haunt us every single year.

    hopefully it will be a season long loan with clauses in stopping the player from being sold (if such clauses exist)

    Adam Hamill has struggled to break into the Wolves team and was only average on loan at boro he is low on confidence at the moment Hill has plans in place and is building a competitive squad.

    Wolves have to pay him whether he plays or not so they may as well send him on loan and pay his wages if no-one else is able to or prepared to. On the condition that he plays games and is visibly available for transfer which will ease Wolves finances by getting him off the wage bill and possibly a transfer fee.

    He is more likely to settle in and shine with the Reds than anywhere else and it will likely do Adam a lot of good personally. Not saying it will happen, but under these conditions it is possible.
