As I understand it a bank loan is not classed as a footballing debt, so can be part paid if a club goes into admin.

This here cardiff situation, if they lose the court case it doesnt matter as they wouldn't have to pay the loan back anyway. Is my understanding of this situation correct?

If so, why do banks loan stupid amounts of money to clubs who have little hope in paying it back in reasonable time scales? Cardiff could never hope to pay 35m back - as well as trying for the same amount for a new stadium. Surely a bank could insert clauses saying that if Admin is taken, then the debt still be paid in full by the next buyer? Can this happen?

Cardiff, Coventry etc.... we have seen it so many times with clubs racking up debts for items other than on the football pitch. We not try get it right on the football park, and reap the rewards that way? At least we went into Admin with T.V Money being taken away..... these guys have just blatantly over spent.
