why when i refresh it refreshes to http://www.barnsleyfc.org.uk/bbs/forums/forum-view.asp?fid=1

its rather annoying, how can i stop it from doing that!

no, the bbs1 is my fav, and the one i read an post, thus all posts are green, but when i refresh it comes up the barnsleyfc one the one that was slow and i'm not logged in and all the posts are red like i haven't read them!
