    Have i cocked up?

Go on holiday two weeks today.
The value of the euro against the pound had already dropped on the back of the EU vote.

Do i make a kneejerk reaction and get my currency today or give it a week or so and hope things settle and recover?

You cocked up not getting your currency a few weeks ago but as you didn't I'd wait. Hopefully today is the lowest it is going to be.

So you know that he will get a better rate at a cash machine in 2 weeks time than he can get today
What if the pound drops against the Euro in the next 2 weeks - which is a distinct possibility. In fact Id say its probable
He should have got them yesteday!

    - leaving aside the fact that it depends what card you have as to how much it costs to withdraw cash

Sorry - it seems my advice should have been build a time machine and go back in time - then buy your currency yesterday
