To not put too finer point on it my partner walk out of her job on Saturday, they have told her that she as for fitted her week in advance wage and the overtime she worked that week as well, as I understand it they can not touch her money for the hours worked. Is this right or do they have to pay her, also what about her holiday pay.

They are probably arguing that she's broken her contract and/or is guilty of gross misconduct. She needs to study her contract to see what the repercussions are for walking out.

Depends on how long she's been in the job. If only a week or so or less then they could argue the post needs to be advertised again and the cost of this is not their problem. Or 'gross misconduct' could amount to a fine, hence the wages held. If non of these then there is no way they can withold wages/holiday pay for time worked. Ring ACAS if in doubt.

Did she leave due to flexi-time restrictions?

Would they not let her pop out to take Daniel San to Frickley for a trial?

Or were there too many darkies there?
