After reading Ritchies comments again........I think the best bet for the WELL would be housing

    There aint no Abromavichs in the Championship but we still have teams that have been in this league for a long while near the top of the league e.g. Preston
    So with the state of play at the moment i.e. Shep can't bring anybody in, Ritchie can't get anybody to come to the WELL either, I think the best bet would be to level the lot and build houses
    OR
    Try to get more directors on the board with a bit of life about um and some money for Championship wages to keep us in this division

    He told me......I rang him about the post on here about Wendy balance sheet

    I read it out to him and he reckons its £50 million debt
    Because Allen would want his £26 million back if Wendy were sold

    I know a place were Allen could spend that money
