We have a young 'Centre back' who was coming on in leaps and bounds. The last game he played he made a Premiership International look very ordinary. So what do we do ? We don't play him again bur ship him out on loan. Then we borrow players for a short period and when they return to their clubs we are struggling. Why are we struggling ? because we need two good strikers and a good centre back. But that centre back we need is playing at Grimsby, getting experience. Crying out loud, Simon, get him back here where he will get all the experience he needs. (doh) (doh)
