I'm in no way defending or attacking the management of the club, but when you look at the whole transfer window this summer there does appear a lack of activity. Rumours abound of x going here there and everywhere then nothing! The main cause I believe is the agents touting their charges like pieces of meat. We've alledgedly seen it with Hammill. The agents it appears do not have the interest of the player in mind, just how much they can get for the transfer. If they work on percentages it's in their interest to do so. Which division does not matter only the cash. The quicker they are run out of the game the better, how much cash is lost from the sport? All the cards appear against the club, to be a manager or the person tasked to recruit must be a nightmare.
