was being sarcastic with regards to Hayes, who by the sounds of it has been involved in everything good that we've done.

And as I'll add (again), he's scored more than the rest of the strikers at the club combined.

We're winning 1-0 and the two clear-cut chances we've created have come through him. I'm quite happy for him to do that.

i agree- he's got the potential to be a very good player if he is coached in the right manner.

Well we have a fantastic striker as our manager..

I'd say that was pretty important. Ritchies done it at a very high level, that can only be an advantage. Beyond that, your point is taken, but I'm not going to criticise any of the staff at the club while we're in the run we're in at the moment.
