not settling but getting heavier. Never really settles in the centre, too many pushchairs turn it to slush

Just got back from working in Capethorne Park, Oldham. Theres about 2 inches down there and the roads are covered and traffics crawling. Nearly went straight through a round about island too. Nightmaire.
