Whose been and is it worth going to, my mrs keeps nagging to go and we have a babysitter so going to take the outlaws with us.

Just wondering what people views are, if it was left to me it's a kebab and a few Tins but can't see that going down too well.

    Cheers

    Kev

You mean the one near Meadowhall?

If so I've been a few times and it had alus been spot on up until the last couple of times when the service and the snap were garbage.

It gets too busy so much so that they are clearing your table before everyone has finished.

Go to the either the Leeds Grand one or the Bradford one, both far better than the Rotherham one.

been to loads of curry houses, including the big ones that advertise on telly...the best ones have always been the smaller ones,.....used to go to one at attercliffe years ago called the islamabad, all the tables and chairs were a miss match and you got your beer from a pub across the road, but the snap was spot on.

My only memories of my one ocassion i went to Akbars were-

slow to get seated (too busy)
slow to take order and get served
very quick to have bill settled.

Can also recommend Kashmiri Aroma in Wakefield. Well worth the trip.

Have been to Akbars The Grand on Greek Street in Leeds and thought it was good. I always have the Lamb and Spinach. Loverly!

    Akbars in leeds is good.

Would very highly recommend Hansas in Leeds which is a veggie curry house. Amazing. Was very sceptical at first but it is superb.
