So Surely Then......... we should give a good hand to anyone else, at any other club, who played in the league against Leeds that season. Leeds didn't go down just because of a goal by Alan Lee.
RE: So Surely Then......... Alan Lee deserves a knighthood for sending West Yorkshire's finest (morons) down..................
Check all the posts around the time ....... ......... it was a done deal we'd reward Lee with a good reception.
Same as it was nailed on we would sing "Forever Blowing Bubbles" when Blunts came.

RE: So Surely Then......... I'm not arguing, just stating fact. Leeds United went down because of their own bad form and because a number of players over 46 games played well against them. Lee only played a small part.
Dreamboy Figuratively speaking, Alan Lee put Leeds down.
Just like Dennis Law put Man U down in 74. Just like that ref robbed Leeds of the title in 73. Just like Carlisles keeper kept them in the league in the last minute.
Geddit' ?

RE: So Surely Then......... Ok , the whole Championship deserves a knighthood. However, in Medical Terms, Leeds Utd had taken a very severe beating from a gang of 23 thugs. They were on the brink of dieing but there was still a chance of recovering if the right medicine was administered. In pops 'Dr Lee' - and turns off the life support machine. Thanks 'Dr Lee', - you will always be more memorable to me as oppossed to the 23 Championship Teams who helped send Leeds down.
I personally think he's become a decent BBSer ........... just spouts the occasional ******, but he's not unique in that respect.

He's also promised to sort two tickets for me and my young 'un ! ! !

RE: So Surely Then......... Dr Nads refused to give Leeds penicilin on ethical grounds (as in he had ethics and Leeds Utd can't even spell the word) which admittedly sent them into a life threatening coma. Not sure where this analogy is going now.
