    His column in The Sun says....

    Barnsley are planning to sign Halifax Centre half Jesse Debrah as a free agent in the summer. The Tykes could not do a deal last week and will have another go for him and Burton defender Tom Hamer, who will also be available on a free.


    Looks like we are being proactive because even if we do go up there is no guarantee someone like Mads will sign a new contract.

    We tried to sign him before the deadline , he was dropped from the halifax side last weekend on the strength , not sure what happened highly rated by Halifax fans together with the midfielder Spence .

    Googled him apparently he was set to sign for Huddersfield last summer don't know what happened there.

    I do believe that. My point earlier was not trusting him when he says something which hasn't already been in the public domain. I think he's a bit of a hustler making people pay for rumours what are plucked from obscure twitter pages :D

    Yes that’s true re Huddersfield they turned down a £150000bid from them , he may have signed a pre contract with us as he’s a free agent in the summer similar to the Roberts transfer .

    I thought in England you couldn't sign a player with a pre-contract from another club in England? Or is it different with them being non-league?
