Both teams were dead on their feet after the game and it’s how we manage the recovery that matters. We’ve got Lincoln on Saturday and of late they’ve become a tough proposition. Bolton go to Exeter, long trip and I hope they play like they did at Oakwell for the first half hour. We can still be the top three on Saturday night. Can’t afford any slip ups now. I’ll happily give up a Wembley trip for a top two place. For critics of last night’s performance I’d point out that Bolton are a very good side and they have had longer to build than us with the same manager.
