Can only echo your sentiments. The shirt is absolutely brilliant, really looks good. Top job as ever, everyone involved should be really proud
I remember good people with only your best interests at heart, including me, saying you probably couldn't get a new fanzine off the ground in the age of the blog. And it certainly wouldn't make any money. Thing is the advice was right. It's just there's some very talented and special people behind this who's achievement should not be underestimated. And to add to it all its not a business venture for personal gain but for charity. It's humbling.
Little bit embarrassing that WSB seem more organised and appeal the fans much more than BFC themselves Fantastic work by all Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Some very talented and more than anything generous/kind people in our Town - both involved in this mag and those who have supported it mate. Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk
Said it before, the fanzine lads are better at 'marketing' than the professionals at the club. In identity, branding and profile. It's superb and they do a reyt job for charity mate, but don't like to talk about it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
What they have done, as an "amateur" organisation with these shirts is remarkable BUT should be well within the power of the club. You'd have expected someone from the cob to have shown a modicum of interest in what they've done but no. Still, seeing as only Bazza will have been around BFC when the shirts first came out....
WSB have managed to get a number of retro home shirts produced to sell. The one with the stars on. Fantastic effort again by all, even if I wouldn't buy that shirt in a million years personally. As everyone before me has said, you lads do more than the club in order to make the fans still feel part of a club. Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk
Everything the club does. They do everything with a low risk, low return policy which means they essentially do nothing but tread water whilst WSB actually come up with ideas and take a bit of a risk
But there wasn't a risk as far as I can tell for WSB. If no one had wanted them they'd wasted time that is free. As it stands they've sold 100 and probably could have sold double AND probably made another £2k (very rough guess)
You're in the ball park. Shifted 125 aswell as a few spares just in case. No outlay upfront apart from the shipping postage costs to get samples done. All orders paid in advance in full. Profits all to charity, no deffo figure yet but yesterday's collections saved any potential p&p so reckon we might touch £2k for charity.
