Someone Told Me Before If They Dont Win 5-0 He Will Be Pissed Off lol, Says There Good Enough For That Score What A W@nker
Most os Owls fans are expecting to lose, you will always have the eternal optimists, but then every club has those. We are planning a protest after the game, that's how confident of winning we are!
Hartog in Reds Defeat Prediction Shocker! Who would have guessed?
I predict we will be the better team but lose out to fluke goal/bad ref/bad linesman
2-2

TBH honest they're mostly idiots on that board. Most Wednesday fans are pretty nervous about Saturday. No disprespect, but this IS your cup final and your players will be much more up for this than ours. On the other hand we are DESPERATE for points having not won at home this season, and there's no better time to start in a good old derby so it should be a cracking match.
It is not our cup final defeat at Swillsboro, however distasteful, does not end our season, just as a Reds victory would not end yours.
RE: It is not our cup final I never said it did. It's the biggest game of your season, hence half the town making a day out of it. It means a lot more to you than it does us.
RE: It is not our cup final Win, lose or draw, Im sure AR will not let the game get to players and it will be minds straight on Tuesday night. 1 game doesn't break a season this early on.
That's the point.. it is not the biggest game of our season. They are all big games each as vital as the next.
RE: It is not our cup final I dont think the fans are coming because they see it as a 'cup final' it is more the fact that it is a local derby that we haven't had for a couple of seasons and in a higher league. To be fair, me personally I am looking forward to Leeds, Sunderland and Birmingham away.
Experience of how we perform in 'Derby' games. We've struggled in the last 2 games to score, and more specifically how we've played at Hillsborough in recent years.
The one plus note is that so far we've not had any articles on the official site with our players banging the drum about how this one is 'for the fans' etc. That always means a no-show by BFC come the game.
As well as kicking lumps out of Wenesday players, the likes of Kay and Austin need to lead by example and show to the others just how much it means to supporters to win in a Derby game such as this. It's all very well giving it ya-hoo on the back of last season, but the current squad need to finally prove to the doubters that they have the right to play at Championship level.
