    Not really, Loan players are contracted to their parent clubs. No point signing anyone until end of June.

    I think the loan with a fee was a way round signing him out of the transfer window.As far as I know Collins is a Barnsley player.

    That's how I understood it - £50k plus wages would not be good deal for a loan. Having said all of that, it can't be anything more than a Gentlemen's agreement can it?

    Depends, if the loan fee was set with a transfer on paper then yes.
