Technically, Ipswich aren't staying there, but they're exiting it in the right direction, and with a lot of goodwill from me, given the ex-Reds who've been part of the achievement.

To your general point, Plymouth are probably the closest example of the three as to what we could achieve. They didn't have huge resources to throw at the situation, and had a managerial change mid-season too, yet still did enough to avoid the drop.
