.. I wonder if they volunteered to go?

There are dozens of them. What if a rocket missile or whatever obliterates Nick Robinson? Or Clive Myrie?

I am particularly worried for Deborah Haynes because she seems so frail

I suspect that they were shipped in, thinking that Vlad The Bad wasn't going to go full on Mad.

And if he did, the Ukrainians would just surrender. Mmm...

Time to check the exclusions clauses on Nick and his fellow journalists' life assurance policies.

Stewart Ramsey is a beast. Was in Kabul when the Taliban took over now he’s roaming the streets of Kyiv dodging missiles. Some bollcoks that bloke.

I wonder how it works with journalists. I know they are clearly marked in their attire etc but do they stay in an identified news location / hotel? Is there any special support they get? Etc

I found it strange that Clive was doing the lead in to the sports results

Then he popped up on mastermind.

Quick, get Nigel Farage over there, GB News needs him. Hopefully he'll take one for the team.

Many get in the way, second Iraq conflict their cameras were in your face and asking you questions whilst you are listening to matters than interest you on your headset, they were told many times to f€£k off, the Afghan withdrawal one of the sky reporters with his papers to leave the airport came out with the old chestnut " do you know who i am" unless you are political leaders ( in this scenario) then being a journalist is 100% irrelevant, wait your turn, many are like karens

Courageous Nigel has gone as far as he can in the other direction. He is pontificating at CPAC in Orlando coming out with all sorts of predictable bull. Apparently it’s Bidens fault.
