RE: How do you know that he hasn't applied? Well i got someone to ask him for me as i'm lucky enough to know someone who had the chance to ask him on my behalf. His exact words were "what have i done wrong" which i take offence to if he thinks that about being linked to our job and the rumours about him being in the Leeds directors box. He said he's no plans to ever be a manager again. He's happy looking after his businesses, spending lots of time with his family at this stage in his life, and doing the odd bit of tv work. So his name isn't on this serious list of 20 contenders the club have mentioned.
Why didn't you put that in the post then instead of having to be asked where you had heard it? You could have put "Thankfully all a bunch of lies as he's not even applied for the job as a friend of mine asked him and he said....." ff
