Absolute ******.

We miss chance after chance, game after game.

We defend like schoolboys, game after game.

The situation at BFC, is an absolute disgrace. The appointments of Hill / Flitcroft duo was an error of massive proportions. They have recruited absolute dire players who are not championship standard, now, and never will be. Neither will we manage to create any value for the vast majority of them, so whilst we have heard Keith Hill previously comment he has worked within the financial fair play regs and recruited within this policy, he has actually bought players who have little/zero value to BFC and simply drag wages each week.

Personally, I would allow DW's to bring in his own coaching staff. How can we persist with Mickey Mellon, who was an integral part of the Flicker failure?

DW needs to be absolutely ruthless; our squad is an absolute disgrace. Lots of quantity and zero quality, with no signs of a settled team/structure.

I say agin, this is not "fine lines", it is pure bad management throughout the club. Unfortunately, Ben Mansford and DW have to take the flak and move this situation forward.
