is making me feel uncomfortable. I'd be fine with it if we were already safe. Things like this can bite you on the arse though.

Agreed, we are not safe yet. If we lose tomorrow and they win it all goes down to the last day and its possible that derby could have nothing to play for that day so will rest there key players for the play offs. Its not over yet.

The Oval - England V Windies couple of years back

Tino Best was giving Flintoff some verbals picked up by the stump cam, to which Freddie replied something along the lines of
'you're having a good day Tino, but come back and see me in five years time, this game (cricket) will soon turn and bite
    you on the arse'

Fast forward couple of years - Tino who ?

    even so....

won't derby want to ensure they finish 3rd, so they get a crack at who ever finishes 6th (which should statisticly be the weekest team in the bunch)

    freddie v tino - fantastic

tino was givin fred a bit of a going over as he walked to the crease.... to which fred hit the first one for 4 , stood stock still and said to tino ... "fetch the f kin ball"

when tino came to bat he thought hed give giles some clobber so danced down and tried to put him over the flats , " mind the windows " said fred .... you could see tino best ears popping with rage as the england close fielders laughed

next ball tino came down the track again , missed the ball and was stumped by a mile ... the fielders were at this stage on the floor laughing there proverbials off !! proper good

    RE: even so....

4th can't catch them even if they lose both games, so they would be able to rest all there big players for the play-offs.

I know it sounds a lot

but look at this weekends fixtures - a draw v leicester is likely.

Leeds are expected to beat Ipswich and Cardiff have half the team out plus they have one of the worst form records in the league, further so they would like to see Leeds go down.

We could go into the last day with Derby resting all their players (if they fail to win at Palace tomorrow) v Leeds and Hull with an easy home game. We have the worst goal difference out of the lot - we are far from safe in my opinion.

On top of that it looks like West Brom will need to win to get in the play offs and we play them.

20-1 for us to go down mate

Have you got £50 to spare?!

Mind you I don't think even a grand would compensate it if we went down.

    Come on reds!

    I've got £20 on already

on the basis of my betting record. £400 is a weeks holiday in this country, a good do for the whole of the family & mates. New lap top tell you what mate, I've never wanted to lose a bet as much in my life !!!!!

I have got £20 on it too, thinking about updgrading to a £50 bet?!

I can't get over the fact that Hull and Leeds (and a lot of our fans) think we are safe.

    RE in all honesty

and looking at the worst outcome for Barnsley.

Barnsley to draw with Leicester and lose at W. Brom

Hull to beat Plympouth and draw at Cardiff

Leeds to beat Ipswich and lose at Derby

    Barnsley finish on 51 points

    Hull 50 points

    Leeds 48 points

    Chill
