Ok bottom line stop moaning ..did you get a ticket?? if you complain about the queue then get in a smaller queue like i did ..job done sometimes people are never happy! I got served in 50 mins and arrived at 9.10 easy 25 seats and no cold shivering effects simply got home at 10 ish an had a brw job done. It was easy to see what would happen with the more expensive seats.
Anyone just going for the day out and to enjoy the atmosphere, not really that bothered about seeing any football, the £25 tickets are ideal and with all turnstyles dedicated to just them, less queuing time.
I queued for 5 hours with last years ST. The staff were great my mate got is tickets and they held four back for me when I got back and they let me go to front so I can't knock them. A bet my face were a picture when a pulled that out my pocket after 5 hours.
