Hill has already said that he does not see many changes this summer so forget about rebuilding. He's made contract offers to most players whose deals are up. I reckon four new signings at the most and one of those will probably be Nouble. Just scour Rochdale's squad and there'll be a couple more there somewhere.....
he did talk about 'icing on the cake' signings though I hope that means exactly that. We'll see anyway.
